Module Users

CCww provides support for all its customer activities, from choosing the correct module configuration, through design-in to in-service support. Our module users have access to a dedicated support page for the latest user-guides and support tools. CCww also responds to hotline emails with design-in advice and image updates where applicable. We aim to turn around our support requests in less than 24 hours.

Reference Design Users

Each licensee has a tailored support package that covers training, initial design consultation, design reviews, product trials, conformance testing, and customisation, backed up by secure FTP, phone and email hotline. Tell us what level of service you need, and we’ll do the rest to ensure your project delivers on-time, with highly optimised system performance coupled with the lowest BoM.
